Penrith Business Parks is made up of 3 Industrial Estates, Penrith Industrial Estate, Gilwilly Industrial Estate and Eden Business Park.

There is a variety of ways of getting to the estates.

From the North.

M6, junction 40.
Take the first exit at the roundabout, following signs for Penrith. Keep in the left-hand lane. At the mini roundabout take the first exit onto Haweswater Road, you are now entering Penrith Industrial Estate.
Continue on Haweswater Road through Penrith Industrial Estate you will come to a mini roundabout, take the 2nd exit and at the second mini roundabout take the first exit, you are now entering Gilwilly Industrial Estate.
Continue on Gilwilly Road and take the 2nd left onto Cowper Road. At the end of Cowper Road, you enter Eden Business Park.
A6.
Follow signs to Penrith Town Centre, at the Stricklandgate filter, take the right lane to A592, Brunswick Road
At the top of Brunswick Road, at the mini roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto B5288, Norfolk Road.
Follow Norfolk Road until you reach a mini roundabout, take second exit you are now entering Gilwilly
Industrial Estate. Continue on Gilwilly Road and take the 2nd left onto Cowper Road. At the end of Cowper
Road, you enter Eden Business Park.

Follow Norfolk Road until you reach a mini roundabout, take the first exit to the second mini roundabout, and take the first exit. You are now entering Penrith Industrial Estate.

From the South:

M6 Junction 40
Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout, following signs for Penrith. Keep in the left-hand lane. At the mini
roundabout take the first exit onto Haweswater Road, you are now entering Penrith Industrial Estate.
Continue on Haweswater Road through Penrith Industrial Estate you will come to a mini roundabout, take
the 2nd exit and at the second mini roundabout take the first exit, you are now entering Gilwilly Industrial
Estate. Continue on Gilwilly Road and take the 2nd left onto Cowper Road. At the end of Cowper Road,
you enter Eden Business Park
A66
Follow the A66 signs to Penrith, M6 Motorway. At the M6, Junction 40 roundabout, take the 4th exit, following signs for Penrith.
Keep in the left-hand lane. At the mini roundabout take the first exit onto Haweswater Road, you are now entering Penrith Industrial Estate.
Continue on Haweswater Road through Penrith Industrial Estate you will come to a mini roundabout, take the 2nd exit and at the second mini roundabout take the first exit, you are now entering Gilwilly Industrial Estate.
Continue on Gilwilly Road and take the 2nd left onto Cowper Road. At the end of Cowper Road,
you enter Eden Business Park

Penrith (North Lakes) station is on the West Coast mainline. The station is serviced by Avanti West Coast and Transpennine Express.
From the station it is a 12-minute walk to the industrial estates or there are local taxi firms available from the station car park.

The main bus route to Gilwilly Estate is serviced by the 104-bus route.
From the train station it is a 6- minute journey and from the centre of Penrith, it is an 11-minute journey from the Bus Station, stand 6

To access Penrith Industrial Estate there is a walking route from the centre of town, at the mini roundabout at the top of Brunswick Road, walk over the railway bridge onto Norfolk Place.
At the first corner take the left-hand road Myers Lane and at the bottom of Myers Lane is a footpath through to Mardale Road and Penrith Industrial Estate

To Access Gilwilly Industrial Estate and Eden Business Park there are two routes.
From Scotland Road A6, take the road to Thacka Lane beside the Esso Garage. At the bottom of Thacka Lane there is a footpath which takes you to Thacka Beck a local wildlife reserve.
Walk through Thacka Beck, after the pond take the left hand path to Bowerbank Way you are now in Gilwilly Estate.

If you require Cowper Road turn right and if you require Gilwilly Road turn left, at the bottom of Bowerbank
Way there is a footpath which takes you through to Gilwilly Road.
For Eden Business Park, continue on the path after Thacka Beck and this will lead you to Cowper Road,
turn right and you are entering Eden Business Park.
Alternatively, you can walk from Brunswick Road to Gilwilly Road. From Brunswick Road, walk through
Booths car park to path which takes you over a railway footbridge and into Gilwilly Road.
